A ship departing from a port in Trinidad and Tobago to a foreign port must produce: - Notice of Departure Form 16.
  A pleasure craft/yacht departing from a port in Trinidad and Tobago to a foreign port must produce: - General Declaration (Departure Report) Form 5.   Fees for CARICOM and Non-CARICOM Nationals.
   
Departures

Airport Departure Requirements for all Passengers
  A person seeking exit from a port in Trinidad and Tobago to a foreign port must produce: -
    Valid Passport/Travel Document
    Completed Immigration E/D Card (Form 2)
    Receipt for payment of Departure Tax Fee $100.00 TT (adults and minors 5 years and over)
    Ticket with attached boarding pass
    A person in transit for 48 hours or less is not required to pay the departure tax fee

Airport Departure Requirements for all Aircraft

  Duly authorized airline agents in Trinidad and Tobago are allowed to represent and conduct business for and on behalf of aircrafts owners/ operators/crew.
  An aircraft departing from a port in Trinidad and Tobago to a foreign port must produce to the Immigration Authority before the grant of clearance: -
    General Declaration (Form 14) including list of crew and supernumeraries
    Passenger List including completed Immigration E/D cards (Form 2)

Crew Departing on an Aircraft
  All crew on board an aircraft departing from a port from Trinidad and Tobago must produce: -
    Valid passport/travel document
    Completed Immigration E/D Card (Form 2)
    Appear before an Immigration Officer if required so to do
