DEPARTURES - AIRCRAFT   DEPARTURES - SEAPORT      IMMIGRATION FEES
   
All crew on board an aircraft departing from a port from Trinidad and Tobago must produce: - Valid passport/travel document, Completed Immigration E/D Card (Form 2).
  A ship departing from a port in Trinidad and Tobago to a foreign port must produce: - Notice of Departure Form 16.   Fees for CARICOM and Non-CARICOM Nationals.
   
Departure for Yachts/Pleasure Crafts
A pleasure craft/yacht departing from a port in Trinidad and Tobago to a foreign port must produce: -
  General Declaration (Departure Report) Form 5
  Notice of Departure Form 16
  Grant of Immigration Clearance Form 27
  Crew List

Crew Departing on Yacht/Pleasure Crafts
Crew departing on a vessel from a port in Trinidad and Tobago must produce: -
  Valid passport/travel document
  Completed Immigration E/D Card (Form 2)
  Receipt for payment of Departure Tax Fee $75.00 TT (adults and minors 5 years and over
  Appear before an Immigration Officer prior to grant of clearance

Any change of crew on or off a vessel must be reported to the Immigration Authority for approval prior to such change being effected.
