      Please be advised that by Cabinet Minute No. 2462 of September
      25th 2009, approval has been granted to extend the validity of the 
      old 'T' Trinidad and Tobago passports to December 31, 2011 instead
      of December 31, 2009 in respect of citizens of Trinidad and Tobago
      residing abroad.

      Please be reminded that in accordance with International Civil
      Aviation Organization (ICAO) guildlines, passports issued after
      November 24, 2005 which are not machine readable, are valid unitl
      November 23, 2015
